ABOUT ME
Greetings, everyone! I'm Puneeth Bagur, but you can call me Puneeth pb. As an Indian artist born in Bangalore on the 17th of December, I've dedicated my career to the fascinating realms of VFX, Cinematic, and CG Character Animation.

Currently, I'm fortunate to work as a Freelance Lead/Senior Animator at the prestigious Agora Studio in Montreal. Known for its groundbreaking animation, visual effects, and design, Agora Studio stands among the most creative digital studios globally, consistently producing award-winning work. With over 15+ years of experience in the Animation Industry, I embarked on this incredible journey back in 2008 when I first stepped foot into the realm of animation.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating with renowned studios such as Framestore in London, Floating Rock in New Zealand, Jellyfish Pictures in London, MPC Montreal in Canada, Animal Logic in Sydney, MPC in Bangalore, Prana Studios and Vaibhav Studios in Mumbai, and Paprikaas Interactive (Technicolor) in Bangalore. These experiences have profoundly shaped my skills and artistic sensibilities.

My educational background includes a BFA in Modern and Applied Arts from DMS Lalitha Kala Maha Samsthana, Karnataka, Mysore. I further expanded my knowledge by completing my +2 Science education at BHS First Grade College in Bangalore. To broaden my technical horizons, I pursued a Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking Engineering from Manipal Institute of Computer Education, Bangalore. Additionally, I undertook an animation course at Frameboxx Animation and Visual Effects in Bangalore to refine my craft.

My long-term professional objective is to establish a fulfilling career in a top-tier VFX and Animation studio. I firmly believe that my extensive project affiliations

spanning across different countries, combined with my relentless drive and enthusiasm, will propel me to excel in my chosen field.

In terms of specialties, I find immense joy in bringing creatures, quadrupeds, action sequences, and cinematic moments to life through animation. Moreover, I possess a strong technical aptitude, enabling me to tackle complex shots with finesse and efficiency.
